Programs and sessions
For scheduled programs or sessions, you may request a cancellation and a full refund up to seven days before the agreed start date. If you cancel within seven days of the start date, we may retain a reasonable amount to cover preparation already carried out, and refund the remainder. If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer you a suitable alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid for that session.
Digital and educational materials
For downloadable or digital educational materials, please choose carefully before completing a purchase, as access is provided immediately. If a digital item is faulty, does not match its description, or you are unable to access it, you may request a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
